What changes between the HiFive Unleashed and HiFive Unmatched would effect the verification’s validity? How intensive is it to reverify for boards that are presumably somewhat similar?
Without knowing what the exact differences between the boards are, I can at least say that unless major new features like an FPU or similar are added, updating the verification to a new board can usually be done relatively quickly. It’s one of the services we offer at Proofcraft.
We have ideas on making that process simple enough so that no expert input is required any more, but that project still needs funding and some time.
