I’m an experienced electronics + computer hardware + software engineer. I’ve been hacking on Unix since Bell Labs v5. Lots of experience with most Unix workstation vendors through the 1980s and 1990s. More recently data centre AIX, HP-UX, Solaris and desktop OS/X & Linux. These days focusing on *BSD. PhD in Model Based Software Engineering (USyd 2016).

My current interests include secure OS for industrial and smart home applications. I’d rather not call it IoT - where is the ‘S’ for security?
